Hebei Beizhong Machine Tool Platform is a cast iron platform used for machine tool processing. A machine tool is a machine that processes metal blanks into machine parts. The surface of the machine tool platform must not have defects such as sand holes, air holes, cracks, slag inclusions, shrinkage cavities, scratches, or impact damage that seriously affect appearance and performance.
Usage precautions: Before use, installation and debugging must be performed. Then, clean the working surface of the worktable, and only use it after confirming there are no issues. During use, avoid excessive collision between the workpiece and the working surface of the worktable to prevent damage to the machine tool plate's working surface. The weight of the workpiece must not exceed the rated load of the worktable, otherwise it may reduce work quality, damage the structure of the worktable, or even cause deformation, rendering it unusable.
